The Hamilton Film Expo is an extension of the internationally recognized, 11th Annual Hamilton Film Festival. It’s an event that mixes local business and creatives, and welcomes the public to a cinematic event that will feature some of the coolest elements of the film industry including: FX, Casting, and Props.
This year, the Hamilton Film Expo is putting on something amazing: The Ultimate 72 Hour Film Challenge! This challenge will take place on November 5th-7th at Digital Canaries (located at 520 Burlington St. East).

For all you film creators and fanatics this just might be your Golden Ticket. Why?
This is a film challenge that’s guaranteed to go way beyond the standard props, dialogue, and location. With this film challenge, you’ll have access to a ton of resources that you would normally have to pay thousands of dollars for.
What are the entry costs?
The entry fee for The Ultimate 72 Hour Film Challenge is only $495 per team. In return, each team will receive $6000 in Production value.
You do the math. That’s a pretty promising return.
How many teams will there be?
Pre-registration is currently open to as many teams as possible. However, the challenge will only be open to the first 10 teams who qualify successfully.
