Paddles for Saddles Ping Pong Tournament in Hamilton

So you’ve played a couple of games of ping-pong (maybe a little more than that) and now you think you’re pretty good huh? Well luckily for you, there’s a charitable ping-pong tournament coming your way. What better way to show off those acquired skills and support a great cause while you claim your fame?

On March 9th, Forge & Foster and Bike for Mike present Paddles for Saddles Charity ping-pong tournament happening at Hamilton’s Serve Ping Pong.

100% of team entry fees will go towards supporting Bike for Mike. Bike for Mike is an organization that provides bicycles to encourage safe pedalling to and from schools every day.

Alright, let’s hop right into those details that we all know you’re looking for:

The Cause

Paddles for Saddles is a charitable ping-pong tournament in support of the Hamilton not-for-profit children’s bicycle advocate Bike for Mike.

Taking place at Serve Ping Pong on King Street East in Hamilton the fundraiser is aiming to raise over $3,000 for local programming.

100% of team entry fees will go towards supporting Bike for Mike. Tickets available here!

The Teams

Each ticket is valid for 1 team entry and costs $60 per entry. Teams can be made up of 3-4 players and substitutes for teams are optional.

Teams can enter under either of the two divisions: Amateur or Pro. And yes, champions will be made and prizes will be won! The event will be expecting a total of 48 teams between the 2 divisions.

If you’re not sure which division you should be entering, the below should be able to steer you in the right direction.

Amateur teams – “We like to play, but we aren’t that serious”.

Pro teams – “We think we are pretty good and we are here to win”.
